For instance low tree limbs touching your roof need to be pruned, or a double trunked tree over the activity section of your yard showing a large crack in the croutch needs immediate action; either take out the weaker section or cable them. If one of your trees shows significant dieback you nned to assess this problem further with the help of a liscensed trained arborist.
